Job Scope

Alatas Turkey technicians attended to the vessel and started to inspect the Crane.

• To begin, the experts discovered rust and corrosion on the hoisting drum, as well as the hose and connections. As a result, they advised scraping and painting the hoisting drum, as well as replacing the hose and fittings with new ones.
• The experts found rust and corrosion on the hoisting hydro motor connection bolts, slewing hydro motor connecting bolts, and slewing bearing bolts and suggested replacing them.
• The technicians then discovered an oil leak in the boom cylinder and recommended repair.
