Alatas Turkey technicians arrived at the vessel and began inspecting it. They examined the jib and discovered a hole and damage to the top of the jib. All holes were measured by Alatas Turkey professionals.

• The specialists from Alatas Turkey examined the jib and measured the holes on the top of the jib.

Job Scope

The Alatas Turkey technicians arrived at the vessel and began their inspection. Their first task was to examine the jib, where they observed signs of damage at the top, including a noticeable hole. In addition to the hole, they also noticed other areas nearby that had been affected and required attention.

• The technicians checked and measured around the hole.
• The technicians conducted precise measurements of the hole on the jib. They determined that the distance from the foot bearing to the hole ranged between 243 and 248 cm. When measuring from left to right, the hole spanned a width of 18 to 22 cm. Additionally, the distance from the surrounding area to the hole measured between 364 and 368 cm. After careful examination, the technicians concluded that the size of the hole was approximately 4 by 4 cm.
• Adjacent to the hole, noticeable damaged areas were observed, and upon measuring the thickness, it became evident that the overall condition of the jib was unsatisfactory.
