Intro
Alatas Singapore carried out the overhaul of 2 x Rolls Royce cranes for a primary customer.
Background
The cranes were installed on a vessel purchased by the client after several years of being cold-stacked. The cranes were in disrepair and needed to be completely overhauled.
ALATAS’ Solution
Alatas specialists removed the cranes from the vessel and transported them to our workshop for a complete overhaul.
Job Scope
- All components were stripped from the chassis brakes, cylinders, pumps, motors, winches, and gearboxes and overhauled inclusive of testing.
- The chassis was disassembled and sent for painting before being completely re-assembled and overhauled components reinstated.
