Alatas Indonesia appointed by Reflex Marine Ltd as Training and Service Partner in Asia Pacific Region

Intro

Reflex Marine Ltd (RML) a UK-based company is a prominent provider of Offshore Personnel and Cargo transfer solution. Product Brands known as FROG 3, FROG 6, and FROG XT have a significant following in Indonesia and the Asia Pacific in general. As OEM, all services and training so far have been solely managed directly by RML from HQ, and with this appointment, we look forward to giving better and faster after-sales support to clients within this region.

BACKGROUND

FROG Units have quite strict inspection and maintenance regimens and require competent personnel to do so. Therefore training is a required event that occurs quite frequently within the region. With traveling time and visa issues, especially in the last couple of years with pandemic issues, traveling become quite difficult.

ALATAS’ SOLUTION

RML and Alatas have agreed to collaborate in the training and selection of competent persons who have adequate expertise of the FROG unit and are appointed as trainer to independently teach participant representing Reflex Marine Ltd. in this region.

Job Scope

In 2023, RML and Alatas Indonesia agreed to a partnership lasting three years to support RML training and services in the Asia Pacific area from the Alatas facility in Indonesia. Alatas will assist RML by supplying the trainer and the venue, as well as promoting the training to our Indonesian clientele. RML will offer Alatas Indonesia the technical and quality control of the training that is required. All certificates will be provided by Reflex Marine Certification. Alatas will also support RML with clients outside of Indonesia for Training and Services work as instructed by RML.

Alatas Indonesia is an Approved Provider of API-U Training Provider and Braden Distributor and Service Centre.
