Intro / summary
The Alatas Workshop in Hong Kong has been tasked to restore two used GH gantry cranes. The cranes were built and commissioned on-site.
Background
The client (Bouygues Travaux Publics) purchased these two gantry cranes from Alatas many years ago, and Alatas performed the erection and commissioning at the time. These two cranes were serviced for years before being dismantled and stored. The client has started a new significant project that requires the two gantry cranes again.
Alatas’ solution
- Alatas Workshop refurbished the trolley, the winch, the Long Travel Boogies, and the electrical cabinet for both cranes
- Alatas Project Team erected the cranes onsite and performed the commissioning
