Tsuji crane hoist winch refitting
Alatas were requested to investigate a fault with a Tsuji cranes hoisting function. The hoisting motor and hoisting brake were inspected. The brake was found to be badly worn. The hoisting motor was returned to Alatas for reconditioning. The hoisting winch was also removed for refurbishment by Alatas.
After refurbishments were carried out, Alatas organised the hoist winch refitting. A mobile crane and a banksman were provided by Alatas to assist in the crane hoist refitting. After installation the winch, the cranes were function tested and found to be in good working order.
