Liebherr D2 x B16 Liebherr Cranes.
Removal of Zollern winch for stripdown, inspection and repair. Stripdown and replace bearings, seals and brake. Reassemble and test.
Full overhaul of hydraulic system, changeout A2V225-HW-EL, F2V80- HW-EL, A2F55 hydraulic pumps.
Changeout crane electrical main switch during voyage repair prior to vessels arrive for time chartered discharge saving downtime.
Adjustments of crane limit switches.
Carry out quadrennial test on deck cranes. Load test of cranes also carried out.
