Engineer call out to Shear Leg crane vessel.

Alatas crane services were called out to attend a crane vessel. The crane had broken down due to a problem with the block winch. Electrical checks carried out including input and output signals, relay checks, power supply checks etc. Resistor found to have blown on distribution card for armature converter. Replaced with new card and winch run. Function tests carried out and crane found to be in full order. The faulty card repairs were arranged by Alatas.
