ALATAS Singapore overhauled & installed Rope winches on a Liebherr 4-rope crane. |

ASG attended at Singapore Anchorage and removed one unit closing winch and 1 unit holding winch for a complete overhaul in ALATAS mechanical workshop. |
|
Planetary wheels, lamella brakes and drive sleeves were found worn and were replaced with original spare parts from Zollern Germany. |
|
The winches were boxed up and torque according to our workshop manual and re-installed. |
|
The electronic 4-rope synchro control system then was adjusted and calibrated by our senior Liebherr Engineers. |
