Refurbishing & re-commissioning by ALATAS Singapore Pte Ltd

ALATAS was the sole contractor working on the project, providing engineering, supervision, manpower, workshop services and spare parts.

Alatas carried out a full workshop overhaul of all:

Hydraulic pumps Hydraulic motors
Winch gearboxes Slewing gearboxes
Rope sheaves Diesel engine

The slewing bearing ring was inspected and found to be damaged beyond repair. ALATAS supplied a new bearing and completed the installation.

The Operator cabin was fully refurbished, Explosion proof air condition, MIPEG 2000 load indicator and a Wind Tracker was installed.
