Alatas awarded five-year contract for supplying offshore crane maintenance, engineering, workshop and spare parts support to Shell UK SNS and Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij B.V.
Shell UK SNS and Nederlandse Aardolie Maatschappij B.V. (Shell Netherlands) have agreed the award of the contract with Alatas for Crane Maintenance and Engineering for their offshore platforms in the Southern North Sea. Alatas have a proven track record, performing to high standards and backed by 30 years of experience, Alatas have provided increased safety, improved equipment uptime for crane and lifting operations, whilst significantly lowering operating costs with multi skilled experienced personnel, efficient provision of spare parts and engineering.
The contract covers 43 cranes across 32 platforms and will be supported by Alatas Operations & Engineering and Workshop Facilities in Aberdeen and Bradford.
