Alatas offers high quality slewing bearings at reasonable prices and with delivery times of 60 to 90 days.

Quality control is carried out by Alatas personnel from the forging to the packaging of the finished product according to Class procedures. Our bearings are made in China by an Alatas audited contractor.

Certificates are available for each production step, automated records are available for all heat-treatments, hardness tests, surface tests etc.

The bearings are made from 42CrMo4 V or 50CrMo4 V, the raceway hardening is 4mm to 6mm, depending on the bearing design.

Class-certification is available for all bearings, at additional cost. If the original calculations for the bearings are no longer available, we can have them recalculated by our own structural engineers.

Alatas have supplied more than 100 bearings in the past few years and have extensive and valuable experience in this field.

Alatas slewing bearings are checked at every stage of the manufacturing process providing complete quality control - beware of cheaper slewing bearings from manufacturers that do not offer such rigorous quality control.
