CRANE SERVICE
The Crane Service Team consists of factory trained service engineers, who are multi-skilled and available to attend around the clock and asiawide, and the spare parts engineers, who are specialized on sourcing spares, dealing with technical issues and arranging on time delivery around the world.
SPARE PARTS
An extensive spare parts stock is available in Hong Kong for urgent delivery utilizing the excellent infrastructure of Hong Kong.
Complementary technical advice and comprehensive reporting complete the service.
INHOUSE HYDRAULIC WORKSHOP
Alatas Hong Kong runs its own hydraulic workshop (7000 sqft) for hydraulic pumps and motors and also for gearboxes. There is an extensive stock of spares for Bosch Rexroth, Hydromatik, Brueninghaus, Danfoss, Sauer, Kayaba, Kawasaki KPM, Fukushima, Linde, Hawe, Staffa, etc.
SERVICE EXCHANGE
Common units are available on service exchange basis.
Urgent repairs can be carried out in delivery times as short as one day.
We also carry out repairs of gearboxes (e.g. winches, slewing gearboxes, distributor gearboxes) for many brands like Zollern, Lohmann & Stolterfoht, Bosch Rexroth, Stiebel, PIV, Liebherr, etc.
INHOUSE ELECTRONICS WORKSHOP
Alatas Hong Kong provides repair services for electronics, including repair of damaged PCB’s and design of upgraded control systems where original components are obsolete.
Common control cards for cranes are available on service exchange basis, while urgent repairs can be completed in as little as one day.
TRAINING CENTER
We operate a training center with a full time trainer to continuously train Alatas staff but also to provide trainings to clients.
The training center is equipped with advanced didactics equipment and simulators of crane controls. Engineers are trained to ISO standards.
STEEL STRUCTURE MANUFACTURING
We carry out steel manufacturing with reliable partners in Hong Kong with full quality control by Alatas.
SLEWING BEARING COMPETENCE CENTER
in the recent years we have supplied over 200 large diameter slewing bearings to the industry, giving us the expertise in quality control, design and installation supervision of crane slewing bearings.
LOAD TESTING EQUIPMENT
We have our own load testing equipment, predominantly for use in Hong Kong and south China, but also available for longer contracts in other locations.
DESIGN AND MODIFICATIONS
Where original parts or designs are obsolete and outdated we offer redesigns, in control engineering, in hydraulics and also in structural design.
Structural design solutions with finite element analysis are carried out in close cooperation with a European design house, which has been designing cranes for over 20 years.
